
In 2024, SOSAD Ireland provided 4,683 sessions in its centres in Meath.
SOSAD offer support and services for people who are struggling with suicidal ideation, self harming, depression, bereavement, stress and anxiety, or if you simply need to talk.
Their services include Counselling, Crisis Support and a Helpline, which they provide in their six offices in Cavan, Louth, Monaghan, Louis and Meath;

In Meath, they see over 400 clients in Navan and in its two outreach centres located in Stamullen and Duleek, which happen one day a week.
Even though SOSAD provides services to thousands of people, it receives no government funding.
