It is organised by the Arts Council in conjunction with county councils and other local authorities. Every event is free and open to the public. Events took place across Meath in Navan, Ratoath, Athboy, Trim, Duleek and many more towns and village.

These ranged from a music night in the Royal Meath Bar in Navan, a Flower Crown Workshop in Carlantown and an Exhibition by Fiona McKenna in the Meath County Council Arts Office in Kells.
